With 24 months of bottle aging, Alsinac Brut Nature Reserva has been prepared with the three traditional wines from the Penedés region.
The prolonged time for the second fermentation results into a Cava with a great body and a reduced level of acidity.

Description
Tasting notes: Alsinac Brut Nature Reserva presents a suggestive golden colour, with subtle and persistent bubbles.
On the palate, it provides a pleasant creaminess, while maintaining the natural essences of the grapes where it comes from.
Food pairing: This cava is perfect for consistent meals, such as meats, poultry or oily fish. Its vintage also makes it an ideal candidate to combine with all type of Iberian foods.
Serving temperature: For the best enjoyment of our Cava, it is convenient to serve very cold. To do this, after keeping it in the fridge for a few hours until it reaches 6ºC, please place it in the freezer for 30 minutes in order for the temperature to drop to 3ºC. At that point the Cava will be appreciated at its most delicious tasting.

He comprado 5 o 6 veces la caja de 6 botellas brut nature reserva, y la verdad es que genial. no soy entendido en cavas ni vinos pero este tiene una calidad-precio excelente, muy fino y buen sabor para beber ya sea comiendo o hacer sobre mesa con el postre.

Un cava sorprendente y excepcional. He comprado 6 botellas, todo ello aconsejado por un cliente habitual durante un viaje en el que hemos coincido por América. El cava nos ha resultado sporprendente. Lo hemos consumido tras la comida en una ocasión y como bebida para la comida, en otra. El éxito ha sido total, ya que había invitados. Tiene un color dorado suave y una burbuja fina y constante. Da “mil vueltas” a otros cavas de supuesto renombre. Los recuerdos a bolleria fina y fruta confitada aparecen debido a esos dos años de reserva que le hacen ser un cava elegante y muy fino. Absolutamente recomendable para cualquier ocasión. Excelente y sorprendente a un precio que, por la calidad que ofrece, se hace superlativo.
