Description
Tasting notes: Brut Rosé Alsinac presents a marked coralline pink colour, with a seductive effervescence and long-lasting bubbles.
Food Pairing:This cava is ideal as an aperitif, with practically any type of starter (rice dishes, seafood…), as well as fruit.
Serving temperature: For the best enjoyment of our Cava, it is convenient to serve very cold. To do this, after keeping it in the fridge for a few hours until it reaches 6ºC, please place it in the freezer for 30 minutes in order for the temperature to drop to 3ºC. At that point the Cava will be able appreciated at its most delicious tasting.
