Delivery information

Alsinac will deliver the order to the address which the CUSTOMER has indicated on the form in the purchasing process.

Delivery times will be those which we indicate at the end of the order, normally 1 to 2 days from the order being placed.

For orders placed on Friday the delivery time indicated in the previous paragraph will be counted from Monday onwards.

To guarantee the quality of our deliveries, they are made through top courier companies in the sector of urgent transport with strict quality rules.

In the case that the CUSTOMER or the person designated by the customer to receive the order is not at the address provided at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a notification in the letter box detailing how to collect the order. In said notification you will be informed of how long the package will remain in their offices until it is returned to us, with the Consequent reimbursement to the CUSTOMER of the payment made, less the delivery costs and return of the goods, which will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

You will receive duly packaged. If at the time of delivery you notice any damage, or imperfection in the products due to the transportation of the goods, register it in the delivery note which the courier company will provide you, in order to complete the return and complain if you so wish.
