1. 1. What is this document?

1.1. The present document constitutes the CONTRACT for which the relationship between Oscar Benages (NIF: 46725005-E y domicilio en c/ Nord, 24-26 de Vilafranca del Penedés) and You (the CUSTOMER), upon acquiring products through our website, will be governed.

1.2. Read this contract attentively. Here you will find the conditions which will regulate the contracting of products through our online shop, the rights and obligations of both parties and the information on the procedure of purchasing amongst other issues.

1.3. We inform you that the present General Conditions meet the established standards in the Law for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.


2.1. The present General Conditions are compulsory for both parties. THE CUSTOMER will be linked to each and every one of these General Conditions without reservation upon contracting products through, being his/her obligation and responsibility to read them previously.

2.2. During the course of the order, before authorizing the payment, the CUSTOMER must accept the General Conditions. If the customer does not agree with them, do not continue with the application process, given that such conditions will be applied in any case.

4.1. All of the prices of the products and services offered on the website include the required VAT.

5.1. The amount of the delivery costs is 4.60 € per case, for three or less cases. In the case of wanting more, please consult with us.

5.2. The delivery costs applied to your order will be added to the total sale price of the selected products. They will appear itemised and detailed during the buying process and will require your prior acceptance before confirming the order and finalising the contracting process.


6.1. Alsinac offers you the possibility to return the acquired products within fourteen (14) natural days starting from the date in which you receive your order, in the case that our products were not to your taste. In the case of damage, we will replace the affected goods without further expenses.

6.2. Returns process:

For a product to be returned, contact us at and we will help and advise you on how to process the return.

Alsinac will refund you the price of the returned products within a maximum of 7 days after verifying the correct condition of the same.

The shipping costs derived from returning of the product shall be borne by the purchaser.

6.3. Conditions policy for returns

The return of products must be done within a maximum of 14
natural days beginning from the receipt of the articles.


THE CUSTOMER recognises and expressly consents that all copyright, registered trade-marks and other intellectual and industrial property rights of the products and services offered through the site, or of the contents which are provided as part of the site, belong to or to those who grant license for their use. THE CUSTOMER is not entitled to use said material except when it has been expressly authorised by


If any clause of this agreement is invalid or void, it will be ignored but the rest of the agreement shall be binding to the parties.


For any question, conflict or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance and/or execution of
the present General Conditions or in relation to any other question which is derived from the relationship between the parties, they will prevail by the Spanish legislation and shall be subject to the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Vilafranca del Penedés, renouncing expressly to any other jurisdiction that they shall be liable to, except when others have imperatively been determined by Law.
