Information on returns

1. Alsinac offers you the possibility to return the acquired products within fourteen (14) natural days starting from the date in which you receive your order, in the case that our products were not to your taste. In the case of damage, we will replace the affected goods without further expenses.

2. Returns process:

For a product to be returned, contact us at cava-alsinac@alsinac.com and we will help and advise you on how to process the return.

Alsinac will refund you the price of the returned products within a maximum of 7 days after verifying the correct condition of the same.

The shipping costs derived from returning of the product shall be borne by the purchaser.
