The high content of Parellada in our cava gives it a delicate bouquet and an exceptional flavour.

Description
Tasting notes: Alsinac Brut Nature Vintage is an elegant Cava, with a bright colour and with smooth and persistent bubbles.
The balanced combination of macabeo, xarel-lo and parellada give our Cava a fresh and fruity flavour.
Food pairing: due to the complete lack of added sugars, this Cava can be enjoyed throughout every meal, regardless of the dish.
Serving temperature: For the best enjoyment of our Cava, it is convenient to serve very cold. To do this, after keeping it in the fridge for a few hours until it reaches 6ºC, please place it in the freezer for 30 minutes in order for the temperature to drop to 3ºC. At that point the Cava will be appreciated at its most delicious tasting.

Espectacular cava lo probamos en una comida entre amigos y hasta que no le gusta el cava le encanto, tiene una burbuja muy fina y agradable volvere a comprarlo sin duda.
